How to become a Group Volunteer
Please follow these steps for becoming a Greater Cleveland Chapter Group Volunteer:
- View the Volunteer Handbook.
- If you don't have a user account, click here to register.
- View the Volunteer Information Session (VIS) Training schedule and
sign up for the
VIS training course that's most convenient for you.
- If you want to volunteer locally in a non-disaster capacity, review and choose a One-shot project by clicking here. Fill out the Contact Information sheet, Group Profile form, and submit the information online.
- If your group wants to volunteer during a disaster on a local or national level and has participated with the Greater Cleveland Chapter, please call Emergency Services department at 216.431.3109 for more information.
- If your group wants to volunteer during a disaster at a local or national level and has not participated in the past with the Greater Cleveland Chapter, please contact Jo Ann Jacobson, Manager of the Office of Volunteer Personnel at 216.431.3335.
